Lieferando has tripled its size during the pandemic, but its delivery workers still suffer terrible and dangerous working conditions with very little pay.
Never works. Unable to open app.
It's very annoying when I'm trying to order on the way home and it says 'you're ordering for a different location where there's a higher deliver fee, please confirm your order' and it gives me no way to confirm the order with rhe higher delivery fee
App friert ein, seit knapp 1-2 Jahren schon... Tech support scheint nicht so viel Lust zu haben solche Bugs zu fixen :') Edit: wie gesagt der Support hat nix gemacht (ich rede vom Android-App Mail Support)
Lieferando did offer free delivery in the past. After monopolizing the whole process of delivering food, it now has the nerve to charge up to 3.5 euros per delivery. For that amount of money I can't take a scooter myself and pick up my food. Nasty app, what is more, the reviews aren't even authentic anymore, they are paid for by some restaurant owners and the owners even get to pay to promote their business

I ordered a few times now. And it's not bad. But please add an option to orders. I once ordered by my order was placed to the wrong address and I was not able to do anything about it So please add some option to msg the delivery person or to be able to alter the order details.
